A slow crank in the morning is rarely just the battery. We load-test the battery, measure the alternator's output and check the starter draw, so the part we replace is the part that failed.
We also trace the electrical faults other shops hand back: parasitic drains, corroded grounds, failing sensors and wiring damaged by heat or rodents.
